Because donations are used immediately to support our rescue operations and care for cats in need, we generally do not offer refunds once a donation has been processed.

However, we understand that mistakes can happen. If you made an error in your donation amount or accidentally submitted multiple donations, please contact us within 7 days of the transaction. We will be happy to review your request and correct any issues when possible.

If SharityPaws begins selling physical merchandise (like T-shirts, mugs, or accessories), refund policies for shop purchases will be outlined clearly at the time of purchase, including eligibility for:
